Carolines has your tickets to the Comedy Awards 2012!

It’s comedy’s biggest night of the year and we’re giving you a chance to be a part of all the fun!   

The Comedy Awards 2012 takes place LIVE this Saturday, April 28, at 7:00 PM at The Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City and Carolines on Broadway is giving you a chance to win tickets to attend this special black tie event to see comedy stars including Chris Rock, Tina Fey, Jon Stewart, Tracy Morgan, Louis C.K., Kristen Wiig, Don Rickles and many more!

Follow @carolinesonbway on Twitter and tweet us the reason why you think you should win the tickets in 140 characters or less.  We will choose two lucky winners to attend the awards show with a guest.  

You must tweet us by no later than Thursday, April 26 at 3:00 PM to qualify.  Winners will be notified on Friday, April 27 at 12:00 NOON.

The Comedy Awards 2012 airs Sunday, May 6 at 9:00 PM on Comedy Central.
