Stand up comedian and writer Phoebe Robinson recently appeared on TV Guide’s “100 Shows to See Before You Die” & “25 Biggest Reality Star Blunders.” She was also a finalist in NBC’s Stand Up for Diversity competition and was a part of their USA college tour. She has performed in the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, New York Underground Comedy Festival, and the Women in Comedy Festival.
Phoebe has also appeared on Sirius XM’s Raw Dog Comedy Show, in The Daily News and the NY Post. Her blog Blaria (aka Black Daria) was recently picked up by The Huffington Post and is regularly featured on their website. She’s also had writing and stand up on the Smoking Jacket and Rooftop Comedy websites. Most recently, she’s had two an op-ed pieces, one about the movie “Bridesmaids” and other about the TV show “Girls,” published in the New York Times.
