Project A.L.S. and Regina K. Scully, founder and CEO of Artemis Rising Foundation, present Women and the Brain: Your Brain Through the Decades. Join Mackenzie W. Amoroso, Joy Behar, Katie Couric, Orli Etingin, M.D., Judy Gold, Sarah L. Rahal, and Caroline Rhea on Wednesday, April 9th at Carolines on Broadway for a night of comedy…must-know health info…plain talk…and great food and drink!

Women and the Brain was founded in 2008 as an offshoot of Project A.L.S., a nonprofit that has funded some of the most promising and innovative science in the field of ALS as well as closely related diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s diseases. By forging collaboration between the world’s leading neuroscientists, Project A.L.S. accelerated the pace of research in unprecedented ways. While researchers were beginning to understand brain disease, there was one area receiving no attention: women’s brains. Women & the Brain was founded to change that.
