Anthony Bourdain on NBC’s TODAY show after surviving a night of roasting.  “On The Chopping Block:  The Roast of Anthony Bourdain” was produced by Carolines on Broadway for the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.  Proceeds benefited the Food Bank for New York City and Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign.
