Breakout Artist Comedy Series: Anna Roisman

Anna Roisman is a comedian, writer, creator, producer, and host in NYC. Anna is currently the host of HQ Words, a word puzzle game from the creators of HQ Trivia. She is the creator and host of The Unemployed Show, a finalist at the 2018 NYTVF in the TruTV competition. She went to the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival as a finalist for the Snapchat Shorts competition with a short called, “Owen Wilson Dates Himself”! Adweek thought it was the best one in the competition! Anna went to JFL in Montreal with her half hour pilot she co-created called, “This One Time @ Camp.” She is the co-creator of the series “There’s No Place Like Home” on Elite Daily. Anna has had success creating viral parody videos such as I, NANCY (2018), a dog Homeland Parody, and an Avril Lavigne parody. Her sketch video group SortaKosher is known for National Donut Day and the webseries,”Put A Ring On It” She is also the producer and co-host of, “Beauty Shots,” an unscripted drunk make-up youtube tutorial series. Anna is a co-producer and host of Quickie Fest: The One Minute Movie Festival in NYC at The Anthology Film Archives. The 7the festival will be held this spring. Anna hosts the live comedy shows “Revival” at Carolines On Broadway, and “Fashion Puhleeze” at The Slipper Room, and sings at Joe’s Pub with The Losers Lounge.
