COVID Safety Guidelines
All guests, performers and staff are required to be fully vaccinated. In accordance with the CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated people, as of May 19, 2021, New York State has indicated that it will be following CDC’s Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People.
Our most important mission is to provide a safe setting for you to enjoy stand up comedy from our stage. With these new guidelines, our decision to move ahead with creating an environment where all of our customers, staff and performers are fully vaccinated – which means the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose – will allow for additional assurance that Carolines is as safe as possible.
Obviously, we respect your decision to not be vaccinated for any reason and not attend this show.
As we will be checking to confirm that each person is fully vaccinated, you can use the Excelsior Pass or bring a copy of your vaccination document directly from the healthcare provided that performed the vaccination (or photo of it) to show us proof of vaccination. Anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine in the state of New York is eligible to use the Excelsior Pass.
To help us ensure a fast and efficient entry, we ask that guests using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app download the app in advance and log in prior to your visit so you have access to your documentation before arriving at the venue. All guests must also present a government-issued ID such as driver’s license or passport which must match the name on your vaccination document.
Accommodating this policy will allow artists to earn a living again, our staff to be employed and for places like Carolines to have a place in our city again.
