COVID-19 Guidelines

COVID-19 Guidelines for All Shows Per New York State Law:

All shows will occur in an environment where our customers, staff and performers can provide proof that they have received at least one injection of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been approved or authorized by the United States
Food and Drug Administration and/or the World Health Organization.

As we will be checking to confirm that each person is vaccinated, you can use the Excelsior Pass or bring a copy of your vaccination document directly from the healthcare provided that performed the vaccination (or photo of it) to show proof of vaccination. Anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine in the state of New York is eligible to use the Excelsior Pass.

To help us ensure a fast and efficient entry, we ask that guests using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app download the app in advance and log in prior to your visit so you have access to your documentation before arriving at the venue. All guests must also present a government-issued ID such as driver’s license or passport which must match the name on your vaccination document.

If any of our guests are prohibited from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine for legitimate medical reasons, please notify us at contact@carolines.com at the time of ticket purchase. In compliance with ADA regulations, accommodations that follow government and CDC safety guidelines will be made. Those who are prohibited from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine for legitimate medical reasons must provide a viable doctor’s note and present proof of a negative PCR/NAAT test taken within seventy-two hours of the performance or proof of a negative antigen test taken within six hours of the performance. Per government and CDC guidelines, unvaccinated guests will be required to remain masked when not seated at their table.  Those who have not made accommodations with us in advance will not be permitted entry without proof of vaccination at the door.

NYC continues to encourage masks for all indoor gatherings except while actively eating and drinking.

All staff members will wear face coverings at all times.

Our facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and between shows. Commonly touched surfaces such as doors and tabletops are regularly and frequently cleaned and disinfected.

No refunds will be given for failure or refusal to provide proof of vaccination.
