New Jersey native Karen Hunter is a change agent, influencer, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, professor, New York Times best-selling author, and host of the popular “Karen Hunter Show” on Sirius XM Urban View Ch. 126.  The KHS airs live M-F 3-6p ET to a nationwide audience that reaches 3M+ subscribers.

Dante Nero

Dante Nero is a comedian, born and bred in Brooklyn, New York. A trained martial artist, Nero dabbled in various fields before turning to comedy. He earned a fencing scholarship to SUNY New Paltz, before working for a phone company and serving as a bouncer and an exotic dancer. He co-hosted The Black Phillip Show with Patrice O’Neal, a relationship advice show on Sirius XM Radio. Dante has appeared on The Opie & Anthony Channel, Hot 97, and Chappelle’s Show. An accomplished actor, Dante has appeared on Z Rock on IFC, Damages on FX, and the popular series Fringe on FOX. Dante has performed at all of the New York comedy spots: The Stand, Comedy Cellar, Stand Up NY, Comic Strip Live, Gotham Comedy Club, and Caroline’s on Broadway.

 

Lamont King

Lamont King’s clever yet conversational style on stage as a stand-up comedian wins his audiences over. His skill at improvising, celebrity impressions, and original characters make for a hilarious mix of thought-provoking observational comedy and side-splitting act outs. Lamont’s style is very unique. He can switch in and out of deadpan one-liners to hilarious storytelling.

He has made numerous TV appearances on SpikeTV, Comedy Central, BET, Starz, and the CW.

As a writer, he was a joke writer for the Rickey Smiley TV show, and wrote and performed sketch comedy as a member of the National Lampoon’s Lemmings sketch comedy troupe. He was a writer for the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show and has written for comedians George Wallace, Bruce Bruce, and J. Anthony Brown.

He now is a weekly contributor on the SiriusXM Karen Hunter Show on Urban View Ch. 126.
