What is Carolines on Broadway?

Carolines on Broadway is a comedy nightclub and special events venue.

How do I get there?

We’re located at 1626 Broadway, between 49th and 50th Streets in Times Square.   Please visit our DIRECTIONS page for additional information.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, if you park at Eastway Parking Garage, located at 225 West 49th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, you can get your ticket validated by our host to receive a discounted rate.

How do I get tickets to a show?

Tickets can be purchased on our website, www.carolines.com.

What are your Box Office hours?

Tickets to all shows are available only through our website.

What time does the club open?

Our Supper Lounge and bar are open daily at 5:30 PM unless otherwise noted.

How do I contact the Executive Office?

Do you serve food?

Yes, we have a full menu featuring a wide array of appetizers, salads, pizza, sandwiches, entrees and deserts.  Visit our MENU page for a complete list of our menu items. Ticket prices do not include any food.

Is there a drink minimum?

Yes, there is a two-beverage minimum required in the showroom for all performances.  Beverages purchased in our lounge do not count toward the minimum.  

 Do show tickets with a dinner reservations include any food that we purchase?

No, food is a la carte.  You do however receive priority seating in the showroom when you have dinner with us before the show in the supper lounge.  Just arrive at the time of your dinner reservation to be sat for dinner and to receive your tickets to the show.  If, however, you miss your dinner reservation before the show, we will not be able to hold the reserved seats for you in the showroom and you will be sat first come, first sat.  

Is Carolines on Broadway handicap accessible?

Yes, we are a handicapped accessible venue.   If you require handicap access, please contact our box office prior to the show at 212.757.4100 for instructions.

What is your cancellation policy?

With a reservation, you may cancel at any point up until 2 hours prior to show time.  For pre-purchased tickets, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  If you cannot make a show and would like to switch the tickets to someone else’s name, you may forward the TicketWeb receipt email you received when you purchased your tickets to the other party and they can use that at check-in.  

Is there a coat/bag check?

Yes, we do have a coat check.  We enforce a mandatory bag check for all large bags (back packs, shopping bags, umbrellas).  There is a fee for each bag checked.

Is there an age restriction?

Attendees must be 21 to drink.  Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Please note that we are not responsible for the content of a show and that most shows are intended for adult audiences unless otherwise noted.

Can performances by photographed or recorded?

The filming, videotaping or other recording of any show is strictly prohibited without the artist’s or club’s written consent.  Anyone who is caught recording a show without permission will be removed from the showroom.

Is there seating once the show has started?

Yes, we can still seat you after a show has started.
